Ideally half hour on weeknights, up to 2 hours on weekends. If I take a couple hour nap on a week night, it generally leads to a long overnight, then being tired the following day, then overnapping the next night and the vicious cycle continues until the work week is over.

funny how people can be so different. If I could have a POWER nap every day my world would be even better. But it HAS to be 20 minutes or less otherwise I would feel groggy like the feeling you get>1 hour and you're out of nap territory.
Can't stand naps. Fucks my whole day up, I hate that wake up feeling.
